If you’ve been crushing our Resistance sessions, now’s the perfect time to challenge yourself with this next step. In Lifted you’ll perform key compound movements using Olympic lifting bars, including Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Squat—ideal for a full-body workout that burns calories and helps sculpt a lean physique.
Each week, in a small group environment, we focus on 4 compound lifts over a four-week cycle. Tuesday evenings we cover 2 lifts, and Friday evenings cover the other 2. At the start of each month, we begin a new rotation to progressively build strength, while incorporating accessory exercises to enhance your overall performance.
Lifted is perfect for those wanting to refine technique in major compound lifts and learn correct form and build confidence to lift like a pro!
